French 75 - The perfect drink for a special occasion - Maldon Cocktail Club

In this episode of “Maldon’s Cocktail Club”, Christie Knight shows you how to create the perfect drink for any special occasion – The French 75. See the full method below:

Ingredients:
• Maldon Sea Salt Flakes
• 25ml Tanqueray Blackcurrant Royale
• 10ml Fresh Lemon Juice
• 5ml Sugar Syrup
• Champagne
• Blackberries

Method:
1. Into a shaker add the Tanqueray, fresh lemon juice, sugar syrup and a pinch of Maldon, and shake
2. Fine strain the drink into a champagne flute and top the glass with champagne
3. Give it a gentle stir so as not to disturb the carbonation too much, garnish with a blackberry and enjoy!"
