INGREDIENTS:

1. 1 Cup All purpose flour
2. 2 Eggs
3. 1/2 Cup cooking oil or melted butter ( Works well with 5 tablespoons of oil too)
4. 1 Cup Grated Carrots
5. 6 tablespoons Sugar - adjust to your taste
6. 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
7. 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
8. 1/4 teaspoon Salt( adjust quantity base on your taste)
9. 2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder( unsweetened)
10. Chocolate chips- optional

Air fry at 350F or 175C for 30-40mins
